Resurrection is the first book in “The Sainthood – Boys of Lowell High #1”. It’s YA, reverse harem with bullying theme romance novel.

Harlow’s entire life is changed when her father dies in an accident. The day her father died she is trying to numb the pain with vodka and thinks of needing sex with her boyfriend Darrow. She goes searching for him at a party in rival gang. She finds him with other girl, she thinks it’s a chance to end her relationship with Darrow and end up meeting and taking help of sainthood (Saint(leader), Galen, Theo and Caz).

After 4 months of this and changing school and entering her senior year Harlow has her own plans. On the first day in new school she realizes even Sainthood boys have changed schools and moved to Lowell. She realizes her problem doesn’t end there as her mom Giana is getting married to Neo who is Saints dad and they all move to her home. Now her plans are altered as she is facing difficult situation with boys in both school and home.

Everyone knows The Sainthood controls the guns and drugs on the streets and that they are behind most of the violence and unsolved murders.

Now all Boys have set their sights on her. Neo (Saint’s dad) who is president of Sainthood have also set his sight on both her and her mom. What exactly are the boys looking for?  Harlow is ready for the boys and all other situation. Her dad has prepared her for this day as much as he could because she is one tough cookie and has weaponry experience and is not afraid to go head to head with anyone!

Saint is a dominant male character who will do anything to tame wild woman but then he’ll learn he found someone who is equal to him. Caz is totally cute, funny, laidback and ready to party, lovely guy. Galan is secretive and angry one and the most difficult to read. Theo is Gem- Silent, brooding and Geek. He reminded me of Sawyer in Rydeville Elite.Emmett was totally lovely as Harlow’s her new friend, he has lot of potential, hoping to see him more in action in next books. Sariah was good as a best friend of Harlow.

The storyline was utter perfection, our heroine was badass. Totally loved Harlow. She doesn’t have a problem to show everyone that she is not scared and she doesn’t need a prince charming to save her. The way she owns up and takes responsibility is top notch. It was difficult to decide which one was more fitting for her as I just enjoyed their different personalities.

The twist, turns, secrets, and lies in this book I never knew what was going to happen next. Every secret exposed led to another to uncover. Everyone had a secret and a motive for doing what they were doing.

Plot had me turning pages trying to get the answers I so desperately needed. Mysterious captivating and addictive suspenseful bully romance. I’m anxious for the next book.
